Fireworks Photography Tips

Cindy Ellis

A corded remote with shutter lock will be the best option.

Prior to the firework event, make sure you know how to operate your camera in the full manual mode, manually focus the camera, and use your remote cord. The above tables work well when the firework events takes place in a dark area. For fireworks in a brighter area you may have to decrease the time you leave the shutter open.
